Gilson SS-14D/SS-15D Series precision orbital sieve shaker with 8" to 12" capacity and digital LED countdown timer (0-99 minutes ±1 second). Combined three-dimensional motion (lateral, vertical, and tilting) generates an orbital path over the sieve mesh, optimizing particle size separation in the No. 4 to No. 200 range (4.75 mm to 75 µm).

Technical specifications: 1/4 hp motor, 115 V / 60 Hz, enclosed in a painted steel housing with elastomeric shock absorbers. Patented EZ-Clamp system allows for quick changes of sieve stacks without readjusting clamps. 0.5" (12.7 mm) LED display, pause function, programmable modes with storage of previous cycles for ±1 second repeatability.

Compatibility: Accepts 8", 12", 200 mm, and 300 mm ASTM/AASHTO test sieves (select models). Complies with state DOT regulations for aggregate analysis. Stand-alone operation or modular mounting via base flanges.

Available accessories: ASTM/ISO 565 sieves (stainless steel, brass, hybrid), Clean-N-Stor SSA-802/OBA-15R units for integrated collection-cleaning-weighing.
